Dislikes

Managers behaves like executives are shop floor Labour and don't respect executives at all. They managers don't use proper language towards executives. Managers do 100% delegation and don't have their own contribution and approach towards problem solving. There is partiality basis old and newly joined employees. Unnecessarily pressure for KPI without solving identified problems to achieve KPIs. Variable pay 7% targets are always on very higher side so don't expect variable payout. Managers being directly joined as management trainee and they are not aware of ground level operations and their expectations are not aligned with the reality. There is no clarity and proper handover process in supply chain. Team shuffling happens anytime and whenever required. With respect to job activities there is no clarity about what to do and how to do. Managers also don't have much deeper clarity about the same. The most important thing is that there is no future for executives in this organisation as executives never gets promoted here in supply chain team....Read More
