6 days working culture, no casuals allowed, only formals, jeans not allowed, strict work timings, no work life balance, bad managers, especially anchal gupta who is DGM in marketing there. if you are interviewing for CRM team in the CEO's office, and if your reporting manager is either Anchal gupta or jitendra gopalan, pls don't join that team, they are toxic, they start messaging on whatsapp as soon as 5 AM in the morning and keep on messaging till midnight, sometimes till 12 AM or later also. People who respond at odd times and work in odd hours are appreciated, anchal appreciate them and make sure that others working in the team feel guilty for not replying and not working in midnight. anchal will not let you apply a leave, if you will apply your leave, she will indirectly ask you to cancel the leave yourself. you have to pray to anchal for taking a leave, beg her for your own hard earned leave. Pathetic team, pathetic people, most insecure manager is anchal, hr team is hiring for senior manager campaign management but anchal don't want anyone to come on board to ensure her position is safe. Itne drame se acha hai ke yaha mat join karo. also, the seating is on the lower ground floor, the signals don't come there, so you won't be able to get calls there, in short, till the time you are in office, you are cut off from the world....Read More

Too much workload and there is no co ordination with eachother...no helping staff present...and the behaviour of higher authority with the staff is so unsatisfactory..team work is absent...too much mental pressure
