The worst part is point number one seniors are very toxic. Nobody is going to help you here. Zero work life balance. I go to the office at 10:30 AM morning and I come at night 9 PM some regularly. That’s how the work culture is here and it’s very normal to work that that period of time plus you have to take your all your blames, so it’s not very good place to work for.
