The only plus point working there were my colleagues, who were very supportive (we were on the same boat, so never shy'd away from helping each other out).

Dislikes

The owners of this hospital, the two brothers, are the most terrible, ill-mannered and spoiled brats who just brag about the money they inherited. They actually have zero knowledge of running a hospital and are just very, very disrespectful to the staff, even the doctors. They threaten to fire you if you do not comply with their ridiculous demands. They ask the GDAs to carry brick and mortar and make them do construction work, treat the nurses like shit and abuse any one, literally anyone (including doctors), just because they own the hospital. This hospital is going down the drain, and nothing can stop this hospital from rotting unless they sell it off. If you value your self-respect even a little bit, DO NOT JOIN!...Read More
