Nothing much to like. They dont have relationship with clients. Just sending consultants to clients to fill the requirement.

Dislikes

No job security. They dont help in getting projects. Bench meetings are joke. They act like client is everything and dont back up their own employee.

Dislikes

promotions Manager support Lack of clarity what employees are doing in project by Managers. No recognition. Managers have to recognize the effort of employees. Existing employees under paid and new joiners are getting good hikes
