1. No work environment culture. 2. No parties, outings, festival celebrations, Diwali gifts, or employee-friendly policies. 3. Appraisal issue. 4. Not ready to explore technology. 5. Bad incentive policy, would suggest Sales guys not join the company as the company's CEO never retains anyone even if you are giving him good business. 6. No casual or sick leaves, they have just a leave option, and that too not very useful. No work-from-home policy(either you take off or come office), only applicable to selected employees. 7. The company's policy seems to be inconsistent perhaps nonexistent. Favoritism towards those in top management allows for exceptions, even when individuals lack productivity. The so-called CEO is often regarded as a multi-talented leader but seems uninformed about many aspects. Monetary gains have been made through misrepresentation,leading to a company culture that exploits employees under various guises. While some possess good work ethics, an overall negative atmosphere prevails due to archaic practices. Despite a few professional individuals, the organization remains mired in a toxic environment.
