1. Worst company I have ever worked. 2. Toxic environment and micro management. 3. Human resource head itself is promoting that culture, we can hear out the discussion 4. More attrition in the company and also in HR team. 5. They do not have any time to listen to the employees problems or issues.

Nephroplus is India’s largest Dialysis Center Unit. It’s wonderful working here. Everyone is so supportive. I’m incredibly happy to be a part of this group. Learning and growing a lot at every step. You guys are amazing team and make this place feel like home.
