Everything here is pathetic , This is LALA company all people are hypocrite, they hire in 2 mins and fire in 1 month, they change policy every day, for attendance you have to beg to your manager, Not giving promotion even after giving Everything to the company, they are hiring mainly from Byjus, so all things happen with byjus are going to happen with this company ultimately they are going to shut down, lifts are not even worth of 2 lacs are selling into high price of 20 lacs. No HR system, No growth opportunity, No promotion, They can demote you any time without prior notice even they have fired showroom manager office boy for cost cutting they are big liars they don't provide any service to Clients lifts are like toy only. They hired one uneducated guy with only experience in byjus as Global sales head just because he is friend of MD Mr Vimal babu. They have fired all old employees and BDMs. They even asked all employee to do not talk ex employee and they even try to monitor personal social media profile of all employees. They are even asking everyone to work on Sunday even not allowing any week off or holiday to employee, Don't join this company ever this is the worst company any one can work with....Read More
