Only my colleagues have shown friendliness lately, which makes me feel a bit isolated.

While the colleagues at the company are friendly, several issues need to be addressed. The management policies are inadequate, and the salary structure is unsatisfactory. Additionally, there are no cab facilities provided, and the long 10-hour shifts lead to a poor work-life balance. There is also a lack of opportunities for skill development, promotions, salary increases, and bonuses. Micromanagement and favoritism among team members are prevalent, with little to no support from management. Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location
