Culture : Always focussed on the growth aspect and well being of the team. NxtWave as a company is focussed on removing the gap in the industry by providing skilled tech people to the companies. The progress company is doing is exceptional and it was a big boost for all of us working here. This not only about the company, but during the process there is a huge opportunity for the growth.
