Likes

The brand name "Ramboll". The very few senior people whom are accessible for guidance and growth. The team members and monthly town hall gatherings.

Dislikes

No clear vision for business and keeps changing on the new head of business. No practice of preaching - "Collaborative & Winning together".. they work is silos. No clear career path defined for anyone who crosses principle engineer position.
