There is nothing for likes. Only positive was that Salary was credited on time i. e. last working day of the month.

Dislikes

There was no work life balance you have to work 7 days a week frequently with shift timings ranges from 9 hours to 12 hours daily. There were different rules for different employees, Manager was only for demotivation and only for saying what did you? Nothing! No skill enhancement, no good appraisal, you have to work like labour allthe time. Manager was 101% biased towards his favourite boot lickers. Manager can send you any location any time. For Ramboll Towers employees there is no company culture, they treat you just as labours. Some of the employees are Extremely Anti-India, want to and supporter of Breaking India. No career growth, No promotions for years. Not recommended for work at all. If you are currently working just switch for a better career. All the best....Read More
