Brand name in EMS industry is the only positive I could say

Dislikes

No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

Our MD jahangir sir is very polite like to protect poor people. He has restrictions on helping due to health problem and a very week body but some gangster misuse this fact

Dislikes

No increment there is some gangster using torture outside, like a murder Mr.sanjeev Mr janarthanan and Mr anil kumar, who are political leaders do it for big gangster Mr jayaraj
