I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

Dislikes

My first issue is concerning the Area Manager's They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job....Read More

There is no proper work life balance, no culture, no ethics. The company's processes aren't streamlined. They don't have the basic tech which are existing in the logistics company. Everything is manual work over here. The whole company is relied on gsheets. There are no proper shifts, the alluring thing over here is they offer managerial position which we think is great and get to join and there is nothing of that kind here. There is no learning, nothing over here. If you are in good organization and getting some less salary stay over there because you will loose your peace if you join this company.
