Overall nothing to like But some colleagues and senior are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

There is no proper management . U will not get any F&F after resignation. Only hire and fire policy going on in this company. Don't go for Shrachi Real-estate if you get any call from HR. There is no HR policy and HR department is most wrost department , HR manager Rumela who is fired from the company serving notice period will give lecture to you about Hr policy and Work responsibilities...

Shrachi group is a very good company. The HR policy is also very good, but the management is very bad. MD sir vision no fixed, he is busy to sports , The person behind this game is losing a lot of money. This company belive Hiring and firing policy. So I request everyone people please do not join thise company.

1) Hiring and firing policy 2) No vision fixed 3) Delay salary and benefits 4) HR breaks policy due to pressure from MD sir. 5) company real estate devision shutdown next 3-4 months
