I joined with great joy and excitement but only after I joined I got to know the politics that was played and the management is horrible. They target one by one as employee and throw them out and there is much more to tell regarding them n company. Only if someone could understand I can talk about it.

Dislikes

Management, I hate the politics that happens there and they remove good employees in the name of performance which they themselves are not aware about!

You will some good talents over there but again they fired around 45% of work force so now i am not sure Tech stack is good

Do not expect job security at all No appraisals They hired around 15-20 tech staff in span of 3 months and fired 160 members 2 layoffs in same year Upper management has no idea how to hire, how to drive any product, where to burn cash Ceo will give some scripted speech and after sometime he will realise - ohh business got messed up now I have to cut the cost by firing almost half of the workforce Suggestion: take some risk in some other starup but never with simpl...Read More
