Discrimination between Office employees and site employees, Male employees and female employees, Marathi and Non-Marathi Employees. Office Employees, Female Employees, Marathi employees are on top priority. Whether they work equal or less than the other employees. People working here get opportunities of learning and workings based on above criteria. A performance system exists here, and that comes from our CTC and they prodly say PERFORMANCE BONUS. HR's are so useless here, that they have made two different policies for Site employees and office employees. Office Employees are getting paid same as site employees but getting 5 days working as compared to site employees who are getting 6 days working. Also we have to work more than 8 hours on daily basis without any kind of overtime. We will get over time only when we will work 16 hours continuously, if we worked 15 hours 30 minutes then we will not get paid extra....Read More

Promotions aren't time bound- someone mayn't get a promotion even after 7-8 years and there's no fixed maximum duration after which someone is promoted one level higher.
