The best thing about the company is Skill Development, Learning & Promotions, The best example for this might be me, Because I started my carrier here as a tele caller in sales department and i had learnt a lot from my TL and Manager and they provided me with opportunities to develop my skills and they promoted me as SME and it did not stop there I went on to lead the team as a TL and after that became as an MIS for the entire office and now here I am as an Assistant Manager this company has supported a lot in my life without this company I might not be the person who I am now. Salary very less. they deduct pf employer contribution, gratuity too in the salary so take home will be less. Even basic will be less so all retirement benefits would be low.no paid leaves in 1st year. even after 1st year only 15 days are allowed. no comp offs. have to work on week ends. Workplace is too congested. they are deletingbad reviews in google reviews and ask employees to give good review.so that overall rating would be good....Read More
