Was a good and small company with a very good work culture emphasizing employees skill development more. Toppr is a good product to sell.

Dislikes

The company was always in changing phase everytime. Change was something inevitable and people who didn't embraced 'change' had to leave the organisation. Company failed to recognise loyal , trustworthy and honest employees. Thats my experience. 😑

Work Details

Was overall a great journey. Loved the people , culture and product of the brand. But pls give more importance to employees work life balance and recognise them vased on their values and integrity also rather than just numbers.
