Terrible work culture. Extremely toxic and non inclusive. Most employees do mot have basic manners or etiquette. Bullying, gossip mongering is at unimaginable heights. It feels more like a solitary confinement in jail rather than a work place which is more open minded. Horrible building and canteen. The canteen does not provide goodfood. Viacom is cheating employees of their money as they have already reserved a part of your package to go into reliance insurance. And the 10 percent variable is sold as something you will get at the end of the financial year but you get only what they want to give you....Read More

Everything.. corruption but seniors don't even consider...wrong leadership with bad vision laid back attitude very bad human values and no fire in the belly ..poor people selection... seniors work as if they own the company..no good leadership..Kevin is bad as performer and he thinks he and his men know everything ..need to bring good people to run the business
