One of the most worst company to exist. Director is not professional neither others. They just prefer seniors who have work more then 2 years. They just listen from one side (seniors) if some issue comes. Worst team in the company is data platform. there are 3 people in the team who doesn't know much but treat their juniors like they should know everything. the company doesn't have mercy specially the director. Pathetic behaviour. Unprofessional Director. If you do overtime and your seniors hates you for no other valid reason then they will give bad review to director and then you are gone. Pathetic company to exist. Please change the director and have some mercy on juniors. Unskilled seniors in data platform but have too high high expectation from juniors and also downgrade them.
