Wipro has an advantage in terms of trainings provided by the company. But management has got more hold onto an employee's career growth. It can really decide upon an employee's financial growth, which can sometimes come as a disadvantage for technical people . HR always function in support of management, not with technical resources. Technical people are neglected of their efforts. Mostly band B3 is affected in terms of finance and more pressure work wise.
