Inside sales - Due to nature of the work in sales, existing communication skills gets shaprned. HR team is excellent. You need to talk to them. Be frank and ask questions. Managers are good and supportive however as it is a sales role, expect more pressure to achieve targets. No Promotion. No Job security. Work satisfaction is like unicorn (doesn't exist). No new skill development and nothing new to do so after 5-6 months, work become boring and excitement fades away. 6 days working 9-10 hours per day. Micro management is irritating. Login hours are monitored like a prision facility.
