How can I overcome 90 days of notice period ?
Recently I cleared one company initially they were fine with 90 days as well, now they are telling me to join within 45 days as business is not okay with 90 days.

If the new company is rigid, ask them if they can defer your offer by a few weeks

Happens a lot yaar. First they say 90 days is fine, then suddenly it’s urgent 🥲
Try buyout or early release talk with current HR.
If not possible, ask new company to put their timeline in writing, don’t leave unless you’re sure they’ll onboard you.
