Accenture Salary, Hike & Promotion Insights?"
Hi everyone! I'm currently preparing for an interview with Accenture and considering a CTC in the 12-13 range. I have 6 years of experience at TCS and would love to hear from those who have insights into the in-hand salary after deductions at this CTC level. Additionally, I’d appreciate information on the salary hike structure and the typical promotion flow at Accenture. Any feedback or experiences would be greatly valued. Thanks in advance for sharing!

A CTC of 12-13 LPA at Accenture would probably give you around 80-85K per month after taxes. (That's just an estimate)

An Assistant Manager
Accenture is usually pretty good with salary hikes, especially for top performers. But, given the recent company-wide decisions, don't expect huge hikes right now. Promotions are based on performance and building strong relationships with your managers.

Why only Accenture, prepare well and try other companies as well or startups, you could easily look out for 25-30L annually. When you want to change then change for good. Prepare your best.
