Accenture Salary Revision Advice?

Hey Team, I've got 10+ years in IT, including 5 in Cloud Security (Azure). Just got a 3% hike at Accenture, current CTC is 22.50 LPA. Any ideas on how to get a bigger raise? I'm a Cloud Security consultant and planning to stay here for 2 more years. Also, I'm studying for my CISSP cert.

you need to rethink your position in accenture, i joined acn as a fresher in 2021 for 4.5 lpa, after 3 years 9 months switched for 22.75 lpa fixed. i work in devops. ik the appraisal and promotions have been shitty in acn fpr past few years but ig you can get far better offers outside, max acn can do 10%. Complete the cert and move out.
