Already got 110 % hike, also got other offers but company only matching the existing offer!!
Recently I was successfully cleared PWC and infosys all interview rounds and in HR discussion they are not ready to give me more , they only ready to match the offer and keep saying you already got the 110% hike on your current CTC! So I said to HR I can't say no to company whose offer I have for just same amount of offer and rejected.
How can I grab 150% hike as I also cleared Deloitte all rounds and HR discussion is remaining, Any suggestions??

bro, if you are clearing every interview you attempt, it clearly means you have got the skills. So do not limit yourself to just a 110% hike. If required , aim for 150–200%. Collect all those offer letters and use them as leverage to crack an even bigger company

I have a question for you. How did you negotiate for counter offers? Did you share the previous offer letters with the next interview HRs for her a better offer?

[a senior engineer](username) at your experience level for SAP domain, 15 lpa is a very good offer. It would be very difficult to get any offer beyond that. Also companies will always match the offer at best and most days don’t offer more than what the other company offered.

How did you manage to get a 110% hike? For the first company, what percentage hike did they offer you? And when you showed the offer letter from the first company to the second one, is that what helped you secure the 110%? I just want to understand how I can negotiate for a 110% hike too.
