Am I getting paid fairly?
Hi everyone, I joined KPMG last July. My current package is at 9.5 LPA and I get 72k in-hand salary. I had total work experience of 6 years in a technical support role before joining KPMG. My current role at KPMG is totally different from my previous. But I feel I am being underpaid. Can anyone tell me if that's true, and if yes then what should be my salary as per market value?

9.5 LPA seems below market average, especially at a Big 4 like KPMG

Yes, you are underpaid and you should get above 12 lpa at least. 6 years of experience means something.

You get atleast double of your current salary because 6 years of experience is huge and also get more paid in case of technology switch
