Can I ask , Salary of 17 + in Capgemini for 4 years experience 

Hello Everyone!

My current annual salary is INR 8.71 L, 
Additional benefits INR 60k WFH allowance

And ESOP value around INR 3L

If I take the vested value of the same - It comes around INR 50k

So total CTC becomes for a year becomes - INR 9.80L
Overall CTC (Including of the ESOP total price - INR 12.31L

Which amount I can mention while switching companies?
OR Can I mention any of the amount above?

or I can only mentioned INR 8.71L?

Please suggest.

Salary hike - Understanding

I have 3.5 YOE and CCTC - 4.5LPA
Got offer from CG - 9LPA
Preparing for more interviews. 

So how much CTC should I ask to next company? 
Also the VP is added by them or should I say upfront like I need this much Fixed and this much VP !!?
Also how to ask for Joining Bonus or Relocation Charges ?

Help a guy out as it's my first switch.

Got Offer of 18lpa Fixed.

I am very confused the offer is as per market or not. When I got job invite on Naukri for the position i got the offer.

Years of experience mentioned 5 to 10 
Salary range: 20 to 30lpa

And during HR discussioni i missed this.

₹80 lakh base, plus 80 lakh RSU (3-year vest) and ₹16 lakh variable
