Can Service companies give me salary that I want?

I have around 10 years of experience and all my life I have worked in product MNCs only. Currently, I got a role in another product MNC with 60L base pay + 5 lacs joining bonus + 9L worth of company stocks in the form of yearly bonus and $46000 of company stocks vested in 4 years. Apart from this I have 35 thousands of one time work from home setup and very generous health and wellness benefits and in terms of work life balance, this org is known for its work culture and work life balance. I have accepted the offer and going to join on 3rd April. Now my question is, if I work here for next 3 to 4 years and then decides to move to a service based company, will they be able to match my salary? Few additional info 1. I work in tech and not in management. I want to say in tech. 2. I want to work in service based org because the work is a lot less challenging/demanding and I get some time with my family. 3. I don’t care about company RSU and don’t consider that while switching.

If you feel that service companies will have a less challenging role, it's because of this why they won't be able to match your salary. It's a pretty simple equation: the impact you make roughly equals the salary you command. And I would urge you to think of stocks for long term wealth creation. You base can only go do high. If you are leaving x dollars of RSU while switching, ask for this as a joining stock bonus from new employer. This is over and above your joining rupees bonus and annual bonus and annual rsu grants

Simply No. They can find lot of people like you with much less salary demand.

What is the basis of your assumption that service based companies will be less stressful? IMO client pressure, rigid working hours, etc will be more stressful

Service company bole toh work-life balance ka swarg, lekin ₹60L ka base salary ka bhool ja! ₹40-45L milna bhi badi baat hogi.

While some high-end service companies (e.g., TCS Digital, Infosys Edge) pay competitively, ₹60L+ base in tech (non-management) is challenging unless it's a niche, high-demand role.
