Kindly suggest what course or technology I learn so that I get a job easily and excel my career.

Without thinking, I say, “Yeah! Standup comedy, right?”

Met a Bangalore couple yesterday, both 36, earning a combined ₹4.5L/month.

Here’s how they’re playing the long game:

▪️SIPs: ₹1.5L/month → that’s ₹18L/year

I’ve recently cleared the technical rounds for a Service Desk role at Veoneer (Bangalore) and will be attending the HR round on June 11. I have 3.2 years of experience in IT support and service desk operations.

A few details about my background:

Skills: Active Directory, Outlook configuration, VPN troubleshooting, BitLocker, Zscaler, Azure MFA, Windows OS support, remote desktop tools

Current CTC: ₹3 LPA

Now I break my salary into 4 weekly limits. Not sexy, but works.

We work 50+ hrs a week for money, yet the one thing we don’t talk about openly is… salary.
Someone once told me, “If you talk about pay, HR will think you're difficult.”
But shouldn't knowing your worth be basic, not rebellious?

It’s weird, companies want transparency from candidates, but won’t return the favour.
Ask a simple “What’s the budget for this role?” and suddenly everyone’s “still finalising”.
