Comfort Zone-Early In Career

I joined this firm directly from college through campus placements. I have been working here for almost 2 years now, I know I am underpaid but still since I am working from home I am able to save some amount and spend time with my family. From the past few months the work has reduced drastically. I have tried to learn and up skill but have no motivation I am also afraid that I am lagging behind in career growth and life in general. I seek advise from the community to tackle this.

Same bro! I’m also trying to switch, but every time I think, “It’s okay, at least something is running.” Even though most of the tasks I did were just looping.

Savings and family time are valuable, no doubt. But if work is slow and learning is low, start small: one cert, one project, one interview prep a week.

Remote work gives flexibility, but do plan a structured path, either internal growth or a strategic switch.

This is a very common phase early in one's career. It's good that you're self-aware. Try setting small daily learning goals, it can bring back motivation.

I was in the same boat after college......WFH + chill pace. But when layoffs started, I panicked. Start building skills before it becomes urgent.

Itna sochna bhi growth ka sign hai. Most people don’t even realize they’re stagnant. Use this awareness as fuel.
