Daily logs: Normal boss move or micromanaging?
Is it normal for a boss to ask employees to submit a detailed daily log of everything they do from start to finish?
Like, noting every meeting, its exact time, and what was discussed?

Whatās wrong in it? You can send the list of work what you did that day. Suppose if you donāt have enough work or if you are not doing work efficiently, only then you need to worry.
