EY vs KPMG vs IBM which should I join?
My current CTC in Accenture is 9 LPA(7.68 fixed + Variable) for 5.10 years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer. Now I got offer from 3 top Consulting firms.
1. Company - EY GDS
First offer - 12.20 LPA Fixed
Revised offer - 16.80 LPA fixed
Location - Noida
2. Company - KPMG
Offer - 15 LPA ( 12.75 fixed + Variable)
Location - Gurgaon
3. Company - IBM
Offer - 18 LPA ( 16.20 fixed + Variable)
Location - Gurgaon
In which company I should go? And what should be the expected CTC for 5.10 years of experience ABAP Consultant. I have not asked IBM and KPMG for counter offer yet what ctc should I ask ??

Hey, congrats on multiple offers. Which one did you finally join?
I have a question for you. How did you negotiate for counter offers? Did you share the previous offer letters with the next interview HRs for her a better offer?

Try saying to IBM, “EY gave me 16.8 fixed. Can you match or beat it?” Just like that.

Ask IBM for 20 fixed. Worst case, they ghost you. Best case, you’re rich 🤑😂
