Context : Fiitjee is not giving their teachers salary from feb 2023, initially they were telling we will give them salary when company will be more financially stable even teachers were told to take out loan for themselves and fiitjee will pay it later when teacher ask for salary in Oct 2023 they were told that they are the fault why fiitjee is doing bad, and even threatened teachers that if they leave fiitjee they have to pay for damage they have done to company, even if teacher joined after fiitjee downfall and if they want to leave they are still forced to pay for damage they did to institute This footage is from fiitjee Nov meeting in which teachers and all city head director are joined and they are explaining why they can give this month salary too and they telling teachers that they ruined fiitjee but in the chat someone commented that they are doing 142 cr of investment in edtech which is making loss (which is one of the main reason why fiitjee is struggling other than low admission rates) he just get angry and starts abusing the teacher who typed this

Nothing new in this, since years they are playing with the future and mental health of the students and now they targeting their own staff. i don't think any change would come even after taking action against them🤷🏻

First of all how can someone have the guts to do thisss...this is very disrespecting...doesnt he have respect for his institute
