Help regarding FnF clearance.

I resigned from RMSI and agreed to serve the required 90-day notice period. However, before completing the full notice period, I was asked to leave after 63 days, as the project with the client had ended. I was formally relieved after signing the necessary documents, and there were no negative remarks from either the client or my employer. Now, RMSI has informed me that it will take 45 days to process my full and final settlement, including my last month's salary. This delay is causing significant stress. Is there any way to expedite this process or a solution to address this delay?

Did you Review your employment agreement and offer letter ? Look for any clauses related to final settlement timelines. If they're violating their own policy, you have stronger grounds to push back.

Its same everywhere and in every indian company, Not sure how internally it works. But its a minimum time to get releasing letter and full and final amount. You may mark an email to the exit team or HR but not sure

If RMSI's written commitment is of 45 days toh aap ek professional mail likh ke delay ka reason demand kar sakte hain
