I have offer of 26LPA [ Cognizant] 

Referring to current market situation How much should I expect  ? or How much I can get ?
I don't want to switch after this for at least 3 years

How much I deserve as Java dev ?

Just reached the office, and literally everywhere I look, people are in groups talking about the India-Pak war. Everyone's full of jazba, discussing what they saw on the news last night. The vibe here is giving me chills nobody's really in the mood to work. We are all just glued to updates, wondering what’s going to happen next.

I have been working in tcs for 9years and joined in 2016 april. Company offered me 25k pm although being 4.5 years of experince in Wipro BT and Onprocess as technical advisor.
Here in tcs i have grown my skills in IT, after attempting courses and also completing agile methodology, scrum, sql, Testing master. As being role based company i have worked as a Team lead for 3years till the project got live in production.
Very frustrating i got 1 promotion till now from the joining on 2023 september although i have been working in the project since 2018. Current salary withdrawn monthly 33k. And i have been taken off the role as the project delivered and the team is disolved, and the rating this year after completion of project as a team lead i received C. After fight they said work for this year again and prove yourself to get A next year.
If I dont work how is the testing team delivering and how the project gets live. How the defect got solved? 
I want to change company now but not getting

My career has stuck

My manager is a middle aged women in her mid 30s, 
Yesterday we were having our weekly standup call and accidently while ending the call, I said, "Love you" instead of "Thank you".
This forced habit of saying Love you at the end of every call has been put into me by my girlfriend and I never knew I'll end up saying this in a Work call.

My manager hasn't said anything yet to me but I am scared like hell,
What if she complaints to the HR tomorrow😶

Any suggestions, what should I do? Should I apologize?

UPDATE: we talked after 2-3 days and she was very chill about it, we even laughed over it a bit and everything seems fine now. Though she has asked me to meet after office for a cup of coffee today, let’s see what happens🤞

Today, I had an interview for a job I was really looking forward to. The job description seemed great, the pay was okay, and the company had good feedback online. I went in, shook hands with the person in charge of hiring, and we sat down to talk.

Then, they asked their first question:

"How do you feel about working extra hours without pay?"

I actually laughed because I thought it was a joke. But the interviewer just looked at me, waiting for my answer. I asked if working extra time was required and if they paid for it. They said, "Well, we expect people to stay as long as they need to finish their work. Everyone here really cares about what they do, so we don't keep track of extra hours."

I just stood up and said, "Thank you for your time, but this job isn't right for me," and then I left.

Now, I'm wondering if I did the wrong thing. Should I have stayed and listened to more about the job? Or was leaving the right decision?

I left a job interview after just one question. Was that a mistake?

I work in a company with hybrid culture, we are supposed to be in office for 10-15 days a month and rest are work from home days.

Now, I personally have been a very diligent and serious employee, so even if I am on WFH, I make sure I give the dedicated hours to my work and be an asset to the company.

My teammate whereas on the other hand, is a very lazy person, he even openly tells me that WFH means leave for him and he hardly opens his laptop on those days.

The disturbing fact is, even with this attitude, he is liked by my manager and no one says anything to him.
Whereas I constantly get criticized by my manager regarding my work and he even pushes me to do more work.

How is this even fair? I cant even go and tell my manager about my teammate because I am sure he won't trust my words and he might even frame this as an attempt to play office politics by me only. I don't want to take this risk.

What am I supposed to do?
