How to answer the question of what are your weaknesses?

Be honest but also give them the reasons about how are you overcoming that weakness. Being an introvert is not a weakness in itself. It might become one under certain scenarios like a client presentation. Tell them how are you overcoming this. For eg- Speaking in front of the mirror on a random topic for 1-2 minutes for practice. Do not give "Positive" weaknesses. Eg- Being a Perfectionist etc. Even the interviewer is aware about these fake answers disguised as weaknesses. The intervewer wants to know if your weakness will hamper your work or not. If you give them solid reasons of overcoming the weakness, you are good.
