How to gain confidence to attend interviews?

I'm a full-stack developer with over 5 years of experience, working with Spring boot, React, Angular, microservices, Kafka, and RabbitMQ in a service-based company. While I have solid hands-on experience, I sometimes feel conscious during interviews and struggle to convey my knowledge confidently. Given how vast the coding field is and that it's impossible to remember everything, how can I build real confidence and present myself more effectively in interviews?

Write top interview questions on paper and start recording your answers (in laptop/mobile) for those questions. Listen back to your answers and see where exactly you are going wrong. Keep practicing this until you see some improvement in the way you answer. During the actual interviews, make up your mind that you are doing a recording of answers (which you did from past few days) and you will definitely answer the questions confidently.

try getting interviews in company that you for sure dont want to work in , go for interview use those as mock interviews or practice ,that way you get to learn and tackle interviews while gaining experience and confidence , and if this leads to offer then you know you can crack itr
