How to get job in Maruti Suzuki, having 2.5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing industry

I have worked in my current company for three years, but in my previous company, I did not serve the notice period and do not have an experience letter for my two years of service. I joined my current company using the offer letter and resignation email from my previous employer. However, my EPFO account still reflects the number from the company where I didn’t serve the notice period. Will this affect the background verification process if I apply to MNC companies in the future?
