Hey, since your lwd is may 5 call the deloitte hr and inform them of your other offers asap. They will have time to get back to you with a counter offer or they will say no. Do this for other hrs as well and you can try to get your ctc upto 14. Also dont go for joining bonus, instead ask for increase in base salary. It will help you get higher offers next time you switch and if you take joining bonus and stay in 1 company for more than 2 years you'll be losing out on it in the second year. Directly tell them that since Infosys is offering 13.7 i am looking for 14 to 15ish and then they will settle for 14 fixed. With three offers the ball is in your court and if you play it well you can get a 100% hike. Just tell them its your first switch and be ready to justify your answer with relevant skillsets
