I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?
Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

if you want you can try to hide this employment all together just say you took a 6 month gap for personal reasons

Sorry to hear this. Check your contract for termination clauses. If no prior notice was mentioned, you may not get a relieving letter. Still, it's worth asking HR

You can still join other companies without a relieving letter. Some may ask for one, but you can explain the situation professionally.

Some companies terminate before probation ends to avoid confirmation benefits. It’s not always about performance don't take it personally.

Termination might not be a red flag if explained well. Just frame it as a mismatch rather than getting fired.

Sorry to hear that. First, check your offer letter or contract, does it mention termination policies? Some companies don’t provide a relieving letter for probation-period exits. Have you asked HR about it?

This termination won’t define your entire career, but be prepared to explain it professionally in future interviews. You can say it was due to restructuring or mismatch in expectations. Have you thought about how you’ll frame it?

Many companies hire without a relieving letter, especially if you have an experience letter or last pay slip. But if asked, honesty is key. Are you considering reaching out to HR to request any documentation?

If you need a relieving letter, try negotiating politely with HR. If they refuse, don’t stress...focus on securing a new job. Do you already have interviews lined up?
