I smash every interview here are some tips and ama
Not to flex, but to help. Interviews today aren’t just skill-based, they’re energy-based. And a few simple shifts can make a big difference:
1. Practice thinking out loud.
Ask a friend to throw random topics your way and speak about each for 2–3 minutes. It sharpens clarity and presence.
2. Research smart, not endlessly.
One hour the night before + 15 minutes before the call is enough for early rounds. Go deeper only when it really matters.
3. Take control (respectfully).
If the call feels scattered, try:
"I'd love to quickly walk you through how my experience aligns with the role and ask a few questions. Does that work?"
4. Stick to relevant skills.
Only align with what’s in the JD, don’t overwhelm or oversell.
5. Ask sharp, specific questions.
Skip the generic ones. Ask what you couldn't find on the company’s website.
And finally: even when you do everything right, rejection happens. That’s not failure. That’s fit.

Big yes to ‘don’t oversell’, learned it the hard way. Confidence is not the same as listing everything I’ve ever done.

Asking specific questions always flips the vibe. Shows you're serious, not just available.

[thandichai](username) Been there! Sometimes the best interviews are the ones that go off-script. Human vibes > robotic Q&A.
