IIM/IIT courses
Hey folks, I'm an MBA from a non-IIT/IIM institute, currently with ~4 YoE. Wanted to know, is it worth doing the courses such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, etc. that last typically for 6 to 8/10 months from IIMs, IITs and other premier institutes. Do such courses hold value or are they treated just like other similar courses from other non-IIT/IIM institutes? Would they result in compensation growth if pursued? Thanks in advance!

Yes, These programs are often well-recognized in the industry, and the reputation of the institution can open doors that may not be available with non-IIT/IIM certifications.

Have you considered pursuing any of these courses before?

Yep if you're looking for a field switch or a promotion, then a course from a reputed institution can help you achieve that.

Good for LinkedIn but you won't learn much . What you need is a deep dive , which such courses will not give
