I'd lean towards Project Management. It's a versatile skill set that can be applied to various industries. Your engineering background could be a significant advantage. Plus, the PMP certification can open doors to many opportunities.

Try asking yourself these quesitions:
Do you enjoy learning complex systems? (SAP MM)
Do you prefer leading project teams? (Project Management)
Are you drawn to data analysis? (Data Analyst)

If you are ready to learn Basic SQL, Python, Tableau then you can go with Data Analyst. This won't ask you much effort

@projectengineer lot of it people try to learn specific domains , but you are coming from the other side which could be an advantage with your domain knowledge. Maybe you’re not in the right company but if you look at companies like AtkinsRealis you could try there as well.

Listen....SAP consultants are in high demand, especially in large organizations that use SAP for their operations. With your background in environmental compliance, you could focus on SAP solutions tailored to industries that deal with product compliance and supply chain management.

Totally with you on the career shift. 👍 A lot depends on whether you want to dive deeper into tech (SAP MM) or focus on leadership and multi-tasking (PM). Have you thought about a hybrid role? 🌍
