KPMG has offered a job in RTR accounting in which for one year I will be in their payroll and after that they will shift me to client office .Any advise if I should take the job .Any one who is working in KPMG can review the culture and work pressure.

My friend cracked a top MBA. Landed a dream role. First few months, he was giving it everything. Long hours, proactive ideas, trying to learn fast.

Day to Day Office

Laptop open, wifi perfect. Career... not so much. It wasn’t one big failure...just a thousand tiny ones. Rejections. Ghosted interviews. Skills that suddenly “weren’t enough.” 

Everyone around me seemed sorted. Promotions. Onsite roles. Hikes and me? Sitting with 6 tabs open, googling: “Jobs that don’t require confidence.” I almost gave up. Almost. Then I did something small but life changing.

Hi there!

I am a Cloud DevOps Engineer with 5.9 years of experience specialized in Azure.

I am currently in a job switch, and I notice that companies are not able to match or provide more than a 25 LPA salary. Are others also facing similar issues? Or is it just me?

I tried in mostly all IT MNCs and then rejected offers during offer letter discussions. For example, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, PWC, and Tech Mahindra. Most of them have budgets up to 22 LPA only.
