Infosys cheated

Hi All, I have 14 years of experience in IT field, I got a contract role in Infosys, I thought they will convert me into permanent and I joined Infosys as a Contractor. Now they have released me from the project stating the work is completed, I given interviews in infosys they have selected but not informed me anything, I am keep on doing follow up, Recruter going like tortoise and giving me hope that they will release me offer letter, but after 1 month 7 days they confirmed they will not onboard me, I had 200% hope that they will select me but nothing was moved forward, now my mind is empty please help me how to overcome this sutivation. Giving interviews is very big pain, they will ask lot of questions but lastly says no luck.

Being interview ready is a skill you need to develop. In India, there is no labour law or absolutely no official law that can punish companies from doing whatever they think they can. So what you can do is prepare yourself to an extent that you are always 90% interview ready. The more interviews you give the better at cracking interviews you become.

these days all the big names are doing the same kind of shitty things, They hold the candidate for months and without any information ghost them. Bro, I think you must move on and work on your skills and preparation for interview. Otherwise you will loose this time as well. Its better to accept the situation and work on better things. You have a good experience iam sure you can do better. Just dont get into same contractual role instead try only for permanent roles

With 14+year experience don't go for a contract role it's very volatile. Be patient, it ok to give 10s/100s of interview but get a stable job. Or you can grow your contact who can pull u in there company.
