Accenture work pressure will be significantly less than Deloitte.

My wife works at deloitte , work pressure will be literally high thats for sure, now they are asking 2 days work from office but it seems its not necessary as of now, there will be calls through out the day working hours will be 12 hrs on an average, salary wise u will be getting more than other companies and perks will be also more yearly bonus , other perks(financial) will be there, but all of this will cost u the entire day of urs, if u r ready to work for 12/14 hrs every day then u can go with deloitte, if u r living in pg where u dont have to do any thing then its fine , but if u r living in flat or alone where u have to manage everything then it will become hectic AF

Deloitte me bina kaam ke rahoge to bhi fursat nahi rahegi. Kuchh bhi kaam karwate hai irrelevant. Seniors me koi skilled nahi hota.... Agar sach me learning chahiye aur competetive skills pe kaam karna hai to Deloitte worst h, par agar kuchh time achi salary aur nakkashi chahiye, portrayal chahiye ki bahut jhande gaad rahe ho to badhiya hai.

I suggest you choose Deloitte. But give some more interviews until you reach Lwd in infy. Maybe you will get a better offer.

I switched from Infy to Deloitte last year. Honestly? Work is hectic AF. But team was supportive. If you're okay with corporate thoda sa toxic + politics, it's manageable.

Deloitte India mein pressure zyada hota hai compared to Infy. Expect long hours, especially if you're in Consulting or Tech advisory. But it pays off if you want fast growth.

Go for Deloitte

Deloitte mein WFO ka koi ek fixed rule nahi hai. Kuch projects fully remote hain, kuch mein weekly 2 din bulate hain. Depends on your project/client entirely.

Accenture is also good, but if Deloitte is paying 3L more and offering Consultant title, go for it. But be ready for client facing work and deadlines that don’t care about weekends.

Bro 100% hike toh mil raha hai, baaki sab adjust ho jaata hai. Deloitte ka naam bhi hai, profile bhi improve hogi. WFO ka scene team to team pe depend karta hai.
