Interview experience
I had recently went through an interview with sap labs. My first and 2nd round done. After manegerial round which is the 3rd round then HR became silent and gave no update. I tried to connect with the HR for 3 weeks and then one rejection email came which said i am rejected. I want to just express that HR should be more diligent in replying to emails and if they are rejecting some candidate then they should update them with the proper reason not by a system generated email.

totally get you, that silence after putting in so much effort hurts the most. at least a simple reply or feedback wouldn’t take much, we’re humans not just “status: rejected” hope you land something even better soon, this process seriously needs more empathy

technically they cant give proper explanation to each candidate, its not possible on real time basis
You only think about your own time and rejection, But probably they have to interview 100 candidates to select 1, usually companies never share rejection reason as it can be based on multiple factor.
