I have 2 offers, Coforge: 38 LPA, ITC Info: 33 LPA . Please help me which one I should consider, if anyone already working here and wanna share experience.
Since I am band-6 in coforge they expect me in office all 5 days. ITC  works on hybrid model

I’m in a bunch of career forums , Reddit, LinkedIn, and a few Slack communities,  and I keep seeing posts like “I make ₹30L doing SaaS sales” or “₹40L package as a PM at a fintech startup.”
I’m a senior software engineer with 6 years of experience and a solid stack, and I’m still not making those numbers.
It’s not jealousy, just genuine confusion. I spent years coding, upskilling, grinding ,  and somehow, there are 24-year-olds claiming these salaries straight out of college?
Did I miss some secret shortcut, or is LinkedIn just running a parallel universe?

LinkedIn Feels Like Fiction Sometimes

Hello everyone, my CTC in my current company is 4.5LPA, I have an offer of 8.5LPA with an experience of 4.6years. I am confused whether my skills are getting paid well or not. I want to get somewhere around 11 to 12 but the new company says they don't have a budget. How should I negotiate?

Okay random thought – does being loyal to one company even make sense anymore?

Like… I’ve seen people give their heart and soul for 8–10 years, skip vacations, say yes to everything, be the “go-to” person… and then boom, one restructuring email and they’re out. No second thoughts.

Meanwhile, folks who switch jobs every 1.5–2 years are out here doubling salaries, getting better titles, and working less.

Not saying loyalty is dead, but honestly... is it kind of overrated now?

Would love to know what others think. Is job-hopping the smart move in 2025? Or is there still some hidden value in sticking it out long-term?

I'm a big introvert, so being around people for too long makes me super tired. All I want to do is read or watch something when I'm not working. I always thought being a computer person would be more of a me and my screens in a dark room kind of thing, you know? That's partly why I even studied this stuff!

Honestly, sometimes I just want to eat my sandwich in peace. My mom always told us not to talk while eating, like you might choke. Makes sense to me! So why's lunchtime this big talk fest?

And get this , I'm trying to eat healthier, smaller portions and stuff, right? And this one older guy at work always has something to say about my food. like, can't he just leave me alone to eat my little bit of lunch? I just wanna do my job and get my paycheck. I don't really care about chatting about politics or what everyone did on my food break.

Career Advice

Hi guys, hope yall are doing well and good. I will be getting straight to point. I am a BCA Final year student and though i know solid basics for web development, our college placements didn't bring many tech/IT opportunities. I gave interviews and got selected in a Real Estate developing group as a "Senior Executive- CRM" in ghaziabad. Although i do want to make a career in IT... here i am using a leasing software, in which we are handling invoicing, leasing(Brand details, sales details for a mall this group made) etc. I have around 2-3 months max before i graduate. How should i take things forward given that i want to go into IT. I know that i have to learn a lot in development and get better but still please provide me some advice. Thank you everyone! Cheers!
